Welcome Sequences
Sequences are automated workflows that send personalized messages (via email or SMS) to fans at specific intervals or based on certain triggers. For example, after a fan subscribes or engages with your content, they’ll receive a series of tailored communications that guide them through their journey with your music—from welcoming them to keeping them informed about releases, merch drops, and more. These sequences run on autopilot, ensuring fans stay engaged without requiring manual effort.

Upload Fans
Want to upload fan data collected elsewhere to leverage via ForeverFan's dashboard? No problem. With our March update, you can now upload fan data that was collected in a compliant manner for use within ForeverFan's marketing suite!
Geofilter?!
As if the hyper-targeting wasn't enough, ForeverFan now allows you to target your SMS and email campaigns by location! Simply use ForeverFan's new geofilter in the audience table to draw circles on a map to denote who you want to text and next thing you know it, you entire West Coast tour is sold out overnight. Let's go!
