is it easy to use?

How are texting and email priced?
Depending on your plan, you get a free amount of emails per month. If you send more than that, you're charged $0.0015/additional email.
Texting is a bit more complicated. To text, you need to purchase a number with us. That's an extra $6/mo if you're on the premium plan and free if you're on a higher plan. Then the texts themselves cost $0.01/segment domestically, and varying amounts internationally. A segment is about 120 characters. You can also send photos, videos, etc.
